what’s the best way to play slots or video poker?

I am going to Bossier City at the end of the month and was looking to play the slots for the entire weekend without losing too much or actually coming out ahead. What’s the best strategy for having the best chance of winning?

there are a ton of sites that give the probabilities. I find that multi-hand bonus poker pays out the best.
Don’t play slots…. the house edge is at least 15% and more likely around 30%. It is impossible to beat. If you do play.. make sure you join the Slots club or the equivalent. you’ll at least get pretty good comps from playing slots.
Video Poker on the other hand is a very beatable game. You’ll need to memorize perfect strategy and also what a full pay table looks like. Then try to find the best paying table you can find. There are lots of varieties of video poker but I know that playing Deuces Wild on a full pay with perfect strategy will give you a return of 100.762%. You can increase your rate further by taking their comp card as well.
