I eat sprouted grain bread – it is called Ezekiel Bread. Since it is made from spouts, it is very easy to digest, had lots of fiber & protein it in. Of course, it is more expensive. But tastes good & good for you too.

alls i know is white bread is bad for u….we dont have that shit here in slovakia
i find that american ‘wonder bread’ soooo digusting!
u should hav dark breads for sandwhiches…possibly with seeds in them.
pumpernickel is good
that one bread from the bible or whatever is good…(sorry this answer wasnt much help to u at all was it?)

whole grain, whole meal, whole wheat all brown breads are good for you but most white breads have whole meal added which is good for you as it contains fibre, try bagels as a change or even wholemeal wraps with grilled chicken, peppers and spicy salsa mmm

The darker the bread the better. You should try pumpernickel it’s really good and good for you. delicious with spinach dip

Whole Grain. I think it tastes good. But then again regular bread is so much softer…but it’s not like we all feel up our bread.
