If it is an old chip it may not have any value at all. The casinos replace their chips from time to time and do not honor old chips after a certian time period. Some old chips have value as collectibles.

However, New Jersey law prohibits any casino cashing from another casino’s chips even if they’re owned by the same company.

Casino chips are only valid at the hotel where they are issue. You cannot even cash chips at a different hotel in Las Vegas.
