How many cards for 5 draw poker?

How many cards should you play 5 draw poker with in relation to the number of players? eg 7s and up for 4 players
My bad for not being specific enough. What I mean is, how many cards in the deck should you take out? eg take out the bottom 20 cards for 4 players aka 7s and up. So how many cards should be on the table, in the game, in relation to the number of players??

5 card draw is played with 5 cards no matter how many players.
What exactly is the question?
EDIT: Sorry, still no idea what you are talking about. Why would you take out any cards? You use them all in poker. Perhaps you are talking about some home game that you think is a common game but isn’t. You don’t take cards out of the deck for poker.
just play with a full deck of cards.
