Are there any casinos outside of Shreveport and Las Vegas that have roulette?

If not then why? I’m looking for a closer place and I live in Dallas, TX. There are 2 Oklahoma casinos close to where I live, Winstar and Choctaw, but I don’t think they have roulette tables.
