This is a great song by the late Tex Ritter. (January 12, 1905 January 2, 1974) In 1948, “Rye Whiskey” and his cover of “The Deck of Cards” both made the top ten. Ritter was married to actress Dorothy Fay from June 14, 1941, until his death. The couple had two sons, Thomas Ritter and television actor John Ritter. Ritter was married to actress Dorothy Fay from June 14, 1941, until his death. Ritter had his last recording session for Capitol Records in 1973. His last song, “The Americans,” became a posthumous hit shortly after his death. In 1974, he had a heart attack and died in Nashville.

There are a combination of reasons that I like to use bicycle cards. Primarily I like the air-cushion finish. It causes just the right amount of friction between the cards. Lots of other finishes, especially plastic coated cards, are not consistent in the friction.

Bicycle cards also have a white border which is helpful in some types of magic effects. There are a few effects for which I prefer Bee brand (which are also made by the US Playing Card Company)

I also like how flexible they are, but this is probably because that is what I am used to.

There are a few other brands that have better finishes (such as Tally-Ho) but they are generally much more difficult to find and generally cost more. Plus, at least in the US bicycle cards are easily recognized whereas other brands might cause other people to wonder if the cards are made for magic or cheating.

I live in Australia so all the online points cards for games like Adventure Quest and Runescape aren’t available here, I’m going on a holiday to the US soon and I want to know if I buy one over there, will it work back here.

Please no answers attacking my taste in games, I’m not obsessed with them, i’ll play them for 10 minutes every couple of days, i’m still a shooter fan so leave me alone.
