He never said anything about Martingale or progressive betting systems. He was proposing flat betting every “flip” as you’re statistically guaranteed to make money with an edge over time.

In the US Gambling winnings are taxed. Big wins are taxed on the spot. In Canada, anything considered a “game of chance” is not taxed.
Do professional gamblers have to pay taxes. Do they put professional gambler when they fill out applications for credit or to buy a care. Do they set-up their own 401k plan, medical and dental plan?
